임신부 안전 및 기형발생정보Triamcinolone is a glucocorticoid. Systemic glucocorticoid medication use during pregnancy has been associated in some studies with an increased risk of cleft palate and impaired fetal growth.

모유수유 안전 및 유해성정보A 2008 report suggested that antenatal corticosteroids might impair lactation performance following preterm birth. Two case reports described the rapid reduction of milk production in a woman with established lactation following the depot injection of triamcinolone. In one case the effect was reversed using domperidone and frequent expression of milk. In the second case the patient used fenugreek and frequent expression of milk. Milk production increased by 50% in one week and to normal levels after one month.

트리암시놀론에 노출된 후 추적된 임신부는 총 102례이었으며 초기 노출 후 자연유산율은 6.8%(7/102)이었다. 임신 37주 이전의 조산률은 3.2%(3/93), 2,500 g 미만의 저체중증은 2.2%(2/92)
이었다. 주요기형발생은 2.0%(2/102): nevus(3×3 ㎝) on wrist(1), hemangioepithelioma on liverf(1)가 있었다.

2) 모유 수유 시 독성 및 적합성 정보
수유부-수유아 6쌍 중 졸음 1례, 젖양감소 1례있었다.
